Return Policy

All of our products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased from us, return it within seven days, unused, in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Please call 1-800-870-3105 for a return authorization number and include a copy of the invoice with your return. We will not accept merchandise without a pre-approved return authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer pays for return shipments. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee on vacuums. 

Shipping Policy

Orders of $100 or more ship for free. 
Shipping and handling fees will be charged to all orders less than $100. 
Most purchases are shipped from our Buffalo warehouse by United Parcel Post to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. Please note that carriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders received before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day, and after 3 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. 

In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Note that items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. 8.75% sales tax applies to NYS residents. 

Do not accept your shipment if your package shows signs of damage, as we are not responsible for items damaged during shipment. 

Most orders ship UPS; however we reserve the right to use any carrier which we feel will get your shipment to you sooner. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so you must provide a physical address or shipment will be delayed. 

We do not ship outside of the continental US, and we do ship to Canada. Shipping charges will be applied to the purchaser’s credit card for Canadian orders. We recommend that Canadian shoppers make their purchase via our toll-free customer service number 1-800-870-3105 . Duty and tax will apply on your end; taxes will not be charged from our online store.

Warranties on Our Vacuums

Product Warranties

All vacuums come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and no other warranty within this site is expressed or implied. For warranty service on your vacuum, we recommend that you fill out any warranty paperwork that is included with your owner’s manual, sending it to the manufacturer as specified. For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer’s authorized warranty service center closest to you. 

If you choose to send your product back to us for warranty service, we will be happy to service it for you. All shipping charges are your responsibility, and warranties will be honored only in the event that the consumer has filled out the warranty card and sent it to the manufacturer. We will not be responsible for the registration of online purchases. A purchase receipt or other proof of the date of original consumer purchase will be required before warranty servicing is rendered. 

A manufacturer’s warranty covers normal household and commercial use, which does not include damages occurred in shipment or failure resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. 

Warranties are non-transferrable.
